Overview

Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is offering bursaries for students to train towards a career in air traffic management with the goal of becoming air traffic control officers (ATCO). The program provides each bursar with an opportunity to conduct their studies at the Aviation Training Academy (ATA) in Bonaero Park.

Major Activities

Successful candidates can expect a programme that includes extensive training and exposure to various aspects of air traffic management over a specified period of time

Requirements

To be qualify for this programme applicants need a Matric certificate with a pass in the following subjects:

• Pure Maths (Level 4 / HG - D or SG C or above)
• English (Level 4 / HG - D or SG C or above)

In addition you will have to meet the following requirements:

• Applicants must be a South African citizen with a valid Identity Document and
• Medically fit
